1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using POD Prep, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. No Liability for Print Outcomes

POD Prep prepares image files based on published platform specifications. We do not guarantee print quality, color accuracy, or final print results. Final print outcomes depend entirely on the print provider you choose. POD Prep is not responsible for any issues, defects, or dissatisfaction with printed products.

3. No Warranties

POD Prep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all processed files before use. You are responsible for ensuring that your source images are suitable for print and that you have the rights to use them commercially (if applicable).

5. Abuse Prevention

POD Prep reserves the right to monitor usage and implement rate limits, throttling, or other measures to prevent abuse of the service. Excessive or automated usage may result in temporary or permanent restrictions.

6. Right to Throttle or Terminate

We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or exceed reasonable usage limits. We may do so without prior notice.

7. File Storage and Deletion

Files uploaded to POD Prep are automatically deleted after processing. We do not store your files longer than necessary to complete processing. You are responsible for downloading and saving your processed files.

8. Commercial Use

Free tier exports include watermarks and are not licensed for commercial use. Commercial use requires a paid Creator or Studio subscription. Violation of this restriction may result in account termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
